What’s the difference between Vita 50 and Vita Plus?
Vita 50 is a one-time purchase for ₱13,490, with one at-home test and one doctor’s consultation. Vita Plus is an annual subscription, charged monthly for 12 months, with 2 tests, the second after six months, and unlimited doctor consultations during the subscription.
Do both plans include the same test?
Yes. Both use the same 50-biomarker panel, with sample collection at home. Both plans include your Vita Score and four category scores. Vita 50 includes one doctor consultation; Vita Plus includes unlimited doctor consultations and access to Vita Intelligence.
How is Vita Plus billed?
You pay ₱3,490 each month for 12 months, for a total of ₱41,880. This is a one-year commitment, not a month-to-month plan. For a single test without a membership, choose Vita 50.

Where does the test take place?
GoRocky collects your sample at home. You’ll be able to review service coverage, preparation instructions, and expected turnaround times before you book.
How do I get my results into Vita?
Once you receive your lab report, upload it to Vita and review the extracted results. Results aren’t added automatically.
What does my Vita Score include?
You get an overall Vita Score and four category scores: Heart, Metabolic, Kidney, and Gout. Scores appear after you upload your report and the required results are available.
How does the doctor’s consultation work?
Vita 50 includes one doctor consultation after your results. Vita Plus includes unlimited doctor consultations during your annual subscription. Consultations are booked through GoRocky.
What is Vita Intelligence?
Vita’s AI answers questions about your lab results and shows the information it used. Access is included with Vita Plus. Bring medical questions and treatment decisions to your doctor.
Do I need to download an app?
No. Vita works in your browser on your phone or computer.
What can the Care Team help with?
The Care Team helps with bookings and coordination. Your doctor handles medical questions and explains your results during the consultation.
